Indian travellers can now benefit from a complimentary UAE entry visa when booking eligible Abu Dhabi holiday packages
Abu Dhabi has introduced a new tourism initiative aimed at attracting more Indian visitors by offering complimentary UAE entry visas to eligible Indian passport holders who book qualifying holiday packages in the emirate.
The initiative, launched by the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi), is available from 1 August to 31 October 2026 and is subject to eligibility, availability and programme conditions.
Who Can Avail the Offer?
The offer is primarily aimed at Indian passport holders travelling from India who:
- Hold a valid Indian passport
- Book an eligible Abu Dhabi holiday package
- Travel with a return flight
- Stay for a minimum of three consecutive nights in an Abu Dhabi hotel
- Make the booking through a participating travel partner or eligible booking platform
Under the programme, the visa fee is covered for eligible travellers as part of the qualifying holiday booking.
How Does the Free Visa Offer Work?
Travellers cannot simply apply independently for a free visa. The complimentary visa is linked to an eligible Abu Dhabi holiday booking made through participating travel partners.
A qualifying traveller must first arrange the required holiday package, including the minimum three-night hotel stay. The participating partner then facilitates the visa process under the Abu Dhabi tourism programme.
Limited-Time Opportunity for Indian Travellers
The initiative is designed as a limited-time tourism promotion and is expected to make short holidays in Abu Dhabi more attractive for Indian travellers.
With India being an important source market for Abu Dhabi tourism, the programme aims to encourage more Indian visitors to explore the emirate’s attractions, hotels and experiences.

The offer does not mean that UAE visas are generally free for all Indian citizens. It applies only to eligible travellers who meet the programme’s conditions and book through participating partners.
