Find out if you qualify for Ontario’s Provincial Nominee Program (OINP) in minutes! Use our free and easy-to-use Ontario PNP Calculator to estimate your score and eligibility under the Human Capital Priorities Stream, one of the most popular pathways to Canadian Permanent Residency.
The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) helps skilled workers, international students, and others obtain permanent residence in Ontario.
Ontario uses a points-based Expression of Interest (EOI) system to rank candidates in many streams. This calculator estimates your points under the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream and provides insight into the Human Capital Priorities Stream, which is linked to Express Entry.
Below you’ll find a clear explanation of how your points are calculated and what they mean.
This tool has two sections:
✅ Part A – Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream (EOI System)
This section uses Ontario’s official EOI grid to assign a score out of 110 points.
✅ Part B – Human Capital Priorities Stream (Express Entry)
While Ontario uses your Express Entry Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score, this calculator helps you understand which factors Ontario prioritizes, such as language ability and education.
Important: You must meet minimum criteria for the stream you apply under, and your score alone does not guarantee an invitation.
This is the main scoring grid for candidates with a job offer.
These points assess your job offer’s skill level, wage, and location.

✅ A higher score improves your ranking in the Expression of Interest pool.
This stream does not use EOI points. Instead:
✅ You must be in the Express Entry pool.
✅ Ontario uses your CRS score and profile to invite candidates.
Ontario also prioritizes:
High language proficiency
Canadian education
Canadian or Ontario work experience
Targeted NOC occupations (e.g., tech, healthcare)
French language skills
French proficiency can add up to 50 extra CRS points.
✅ You must:
Accurately convert your language test results to CLB levels
Make sure education and TEER categories match official definitions
Be between 18–65 years old
✅ Your wage must be in Canadian dollars per hour.
✅ This calculator provides an unofficial estimate.
While OINP does not always publish cutoffs, historical draws often favor scores above 60–70 points (EOI) and CRS scores 450+ (Express Entry).
Note:
Even with a high score, you must still meet program eligibility criteria.
