The Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) has made notable strides in addressing the province's labor market needs. As of April 25, the program reported a substantial number of applications in processing and nomination spaces available for the year.

The AAIP held four draws in April, targeting various streams:

– Alberta Opportunity Stream 108 invitations issued on April 11 with a minimum score requirement of 77

– Tourism & Hospitality Stream*: 33 invitations issued on April 15 with a minimum score requirement of 73

– Express Entry Law Enforcement Pathway*: 2 invitations issued on April 17 with a minimum score requirement of 49

– Accelerated Tech Pathway: 22 invitations issued on April 22 with a minimum score requirement of 71
