CRS Cut-Off Shows a Small Decline
The latest CEC draw follows another CEC round held on 1 September 2026, when Canada issued 2,000 ITAs with a CRS cut-off of 521.
The CRS cut-off has therefore dropped by 2 points in the latest draw.
Earlier, on 18 August 2026, IRCC issued 1,000 CEC invitations at a CRS cut-off of 523.
This recent sequence shows continued selection of candidates with Canadian work experience, while the CRS threshold has remained above 500 in recent CEC-specific rounds.
