Important Update on UK Visa Process – Effective 15 July 2025
From 15 July 2025, main applicants for certain UK work visas will no longer receive a physical visa sticker (90-day vignette) in their passport. Instead, they will be issued an eVisa only.
This change applies to:
· Global Business Mobility visas
· International Sportsperson visas
· Skilled Worker visas (including Health and Care)
· Temporary Worker visas
Dependants and children will still receive both a vignette and an eVisa.
To ensure a smooth entry into the UK, please make sure your workers do the following:
1. Follow the instructions in their decision letter to create a UKVI account.
2. Log in to view their eVisa and check that all personal details are correct.
3. Link their travel document (e.g. passport) to their eVisa before travelling.
