Eligibility Criteria:
– Valid Work Permit: Your work permit expired in 2024 or 2025, or will expire within the next 45 days.
– EOI Profile: You had a valid Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program Expression of Interest (EOI) profile on January 15, 2025, and still have one.
– Residency: You've been living in Manitoba since before January 15, 2025.
– Employment: You're currently employed in Manitoba with an employer willing to provide a letter of employment.
Required Documents:
– Letter of Employment: From your current Manitoba employer.
– Work Permit Copy: Proof of your current work permit or authorization to work.
– EOI Profile Copy: A copy of your Expression of Interest profile.
Application Details:
– Application Window: You can apply from April 22, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
