Manitoba’s Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) recently held its 253rd draw, issuing 3,347 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) to skilled workers and international graduates on September 4, 2025.

Breakdown of Invitations:

– International Education Stream: 1,866 LAAs were issued to candidates who met the eligibility requirements, targeting international graduates from Manitoba institutions with in-demand skills.
– Skilled Worker in Manitoba – Citizens of Ukraine Selection*: 1,466 LAAs were extended to Ukrainian principal applicants who qualified under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba designation, showcasing Manitoba’s humanitarian response to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.
– Skilled Worker Stream – Strategic Recruitment Initiatives: 15 LAAs were issued to candidates with valid Express Entry profiles and job seeker validation codes, with a minimum score of 844. These initiatives aim to connect Manitoba employers with international talent
