Key Eligibility Requirements:
- Job Offer: A valid, full-time, non-seasonal job offer from a designated employer in a participating community
- Work Experience: At least one year of relevant work experience in the last three years
- Language Proficiency: Meet the required language proficiency levels in English or French
- Education: Canadian educational credential or an equivalent foreign credential with an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA)
